Because that’s where real transformation begins.

Before I became a coach, I spent over a decade in corporate leadership and career development, helping others grow and succeed. But over time, I realised I was helping people succeed on paper, while craving something more meaningful. I wanted to support people in creating success that feels right from the inside out.

I wanted to have deeper conversations. I wanted to ask the questions that change people, not just their job titles. I wanted to stop pretending everything was fine just because it looked fine.

So I did the work.

I untangled the pressure to perform, the urge to overdeliver, the fear of letting people down. I got quiet, then honest, then brave. And in doing so, I found the kind of alignment I didn’t know was possible.

Not perfect. Not easy. But true.

Now, I coach from that place. Not as someone who has all the answers, but as someone who knows how to walk beside you while you find your own.
